oh Manny, thank you, thank you! I got this scale about a month ago, Denise was talking about it. I think the directions are not so great that come with it. The example in the book for Calculate mode shows how to determine Calories. I could care less about calories, I am only interested in carbs. Your video explained it all! You made my day!

I'm sorry I bought it before the promotion.
