Hi Jody. Well, if it's Celiac, you probably know you have to be off the glutens in wheat, barley, rye and, to be safe, oats. Cold turkey is the only way your gut will be able to heal, so that you will feel better. Not easy I know, but concentrate on eating the protein foods, fruits and vegetables. There are gluten free baked goods and cereals in most supermarkets now, certainly health food stores, so it won't feel quite so cold-turkey-like. If it's Celiac, you will feel enormously better, really, and it will all be worth the troubl.! Best wishes.
