As soon as I saw rice included in this "diabetic" recipe, I knew this was not a good thing. I see a lot of recipes, supposedly good for diabetics, I would never use because of the very high carb count. I do not eat rice. Period. I'm pretty sure one serving is 1/3 of a cup. Not worth it. Same goes for most frozen dinners. Almost all contain rice or pasta. Too many carbs. Carbs are cheap. Be careful.
